2 carrots.
7 to 8 lettuce leaves.
Half tsp Ajwain.
3 or 4 Coriander seeds. (Dhaniye k beej)
Few sprigs of Ginger. (Adrak)
One Lemon.
Half tsp Roasted cumin (zeera).
Ice cubes.
Method:
Blend it all! Drink daily once a day
